I hereby solemnly affirm and declare that I have carefully read, understood, and accepted all the cautions, disclaimers, direct seller agreements, legal documents, policies, and operational modalities issued by the Company and published on its official website i.e.

I further acknowledge that every Direct Seller shall strictly comply with the Direct Selling Guidelines, 2016 issued vide F. No. 21/18/2014-IT (Vol-II) dated 9th September 2016 by the Department of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Government of India, notified as G.S.R. 1013(E) dated 26th October 2016, in their true spirit and intent.
Any individual desirous of becoming a Direct Seller does so voluntarily and without any pressure, coercion, or undue influence. The individual fully understands that direct selling is an effort-based opportunity and that income or commission is earned solely through continuous product sales and effective promotion of the Company’s products.
There is no assured income, guaranteed return, or investment scheme involved. Payments for products must be made directly to the Company. The Company shall not be responsible for any payments made to any third party or individual other than the Company itself.
Entitlement to commission or remuneration shall strictly depend upon actual product sales and not upon recruitment or any other activity.
Disclaimer: The Company shall not be responsible for any false representation, omission, or fraudulent act committed by any Direct Seller that is inconsistent with the Direct Seller Agreement. Any such act must be immediately reported to the Company’s grievance cell for appropriate action. Failure to report shall not create any liability on the Company.
I further confirm that:
1. I have attained the age of majority.
2. I am purchasing products with my own free will and consent without inducement or misrepresentation.
3. Any purchase made without execution of this declaration shall not bind the Company.
4. I agree to abide by all policies and terms as published on the Company website.
The Company shall not be liable for any act, omission, misrepresentation, or false assurance made by any Direct Seller that is contrary to the terms and conditions of the Direct Seller Agreement.
Any misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity by a Direct Seller must be promptly reported to the Company’s grievance cell for corrective and disciplinary action.
I further declare that:
1. I am legally competent to enter into this arrangement.
2. All payments made by me are voluntary and free from coercion or false assurances.
3. Any product purchased without proper declaration shall not impose liability on the Company.
4. I shall comply with all policies and conditions available on the official website

We are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason a Customer or Direct Seller is not satisfied with a product, it may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the terms outlined below.
Refunds are applicable only for products returned in acceptable condition along with the original invoice and valid customer identification. This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged, misused, or altered.
Return Conditions:
• If the product is in marketable condition (unopened and sealed) and returned within 30 days with the original invoice, a full refund shall be provided.
• If the product is in marketable condition but returned without the original invoice, the refund shall be processed after deduction of applicable taxes.
• If the product is in unmarketable condition (opened, partially used, or damaged), the refund value shall be assessed by an authorized Company representative and an appropriate amount shall be refunded.
Notes:
• Returned products must be submitted personally or sent via courier to the Company’s head office.
• The condition of returned products shall be determined upon inspection by the Company.
• Business Volume (BV) of returned products shall be adjusted in the same payout cycle and deducted from the Direct Seller’s account.
• If customers return products directly to the Company, BV adjustments shall be made from the associated Direct Seller’s payout account, and any excess amount shall be recoverable from the Direct Seller.
