The Company shall not be held responsible for any act, omission, misrepresentation, or false
commitment made by any Direct Seller that is inconsistent with or contrary to the terms and
conditions of the Direct Seller Agreement. In the event of any false representation, omission,
or fraudulent act by a Direct Seller, the same must be immediately reported to the Company’s
Grievance Cell for appropriate action. Failure to report such acts shall not create any liability
on the Company.
1. I hereby declare that I have attained the age of majority and am legally competent to enter
into this transaction.
2. I confirm that I am purchasing the products of my own free will, with full understanding,
and without any inducement, pressure, or misrepresentation by any Direct Seller or the Company.
3. Any product purchased without execution or acceptance of the applicable declaration or
agreement shall be deemed to have been purchased voluntarily and without any coercion against
the Company.
