Cancellation & Refund Policy

Product Return & Buy-Back Policy

In case of any dissatisfaction, manufacturing defect, or packaging issue, Customers or Distributors are eligible to return or exchange the product. The Customer/Distributor must contact the Distributor or the Company from whom the product was purchased within 30 days from the date of purchase. A valid reason for return along with the product must be provided.

If a Customer returns a product, it is the responsibility of the Distributor to resolve the concern by either providing a replacement or issuing a refund. The Distributor may then return the product to the Company along with the original invoice. Upon receipt, the Company will either replace the product free of cost or issue a cash voucher of the same value, which can be used by the Distributor for future purchases.

Buy-Back Policy

The Company offers a Buy-Back Policy for Distributors who wish to resign from their distributorship. Products eligible for buy-back must be in good condition, usable, resaleable, unopened, unaltered, and must have a minimum remaining shelf life of at least three (3) months.

If the Distributor resigns within 30 days from the date of product purchase, the Company will provide a full refund for the returned products. If the resignation occurs after 30 days, the refund amount shall be equal to the distributor cost of the returned products, after deducting:

  • Total bonuses paid on the original purchase
  • 10% service and handling charges

This Buy-Back Policy is designed to promote responsible purchasing by Distributors and effective inventory management.
